नाही, पीएसकेमध्ये दुसऱ्या व्यक्तीचा पासपोर्ट अर्ज सादर करणे शक्य नाही. अर्ज सादर करताना अर्जदाराने प्रत्यक्ष उपस्थित राहणे आवश्यक आहे.
